Room 1
Room 1 is located on the first floor and is available as a superking size bed or twin beds.
It is spacious and airy and gets the afternoon sun and has views over our car park. It has an en-suite shower room, Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
Superking Ensuite
Room 2
Room 2 is located on the first floor and contains a superking size bed. It has a south facing aspect with lovely views over the rooftops of the town through the French window that leads onto a small balcony. It has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
Single with Separate Bathroom
Room 3
Room 3 is located on the first floor facing south with a view directly across the Lyn valley. It includes Freesat TV, hairdryer, wash basin and tea and coffee making facilities. It has a separate private bathroom incorporating a bath with a shower, which is just down the hall.
Superking Ensuite
Room 4
Room 4 is located on the first floor and contains a superking size bed. It has wonderful south facing view over the rooftops to the hills and is very bright and airy. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over, Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
Double Ensuite
Room 5
Room 5 is located on the 2nd floor. It has a dormer window facing West with woodland views and our car park below. It contains a standard size double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
King Ensuite
Room 6
Room 6 is on the second floor and contains a king size bed. It is a bright airy room and has magnificent views from the bay window. It has an en-suite small bath with a fixed hair shower only. It is not possible to stand up in the bath due to restricted head room. It has Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a further private bathroom available if required.
Single with Separate Bathroom
Room 7
Room 7 is a single room on the second floor, it is very small but great for a night or 2 and has beautiful views over the town and hills beyond and even a tiny glimpse of the sea. It includes Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The room has a separate private bathroom located across the hallway with bath and shower over. To please call directly.

Room 8 is on the second floor and has a superking size bed. The room is very light and has a south east view towards Countisbury. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, Freesat TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
